Brick & Mortar is a 21+ only bar and restaurant located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. The bar moves into the spot left vacant by the departed Campos Coffee on Edison Street. The interior retains the former occupants modern vibe, and comes replete with a modern American bar food menu.

Good grill flavor
This burger doesn’t seek to mess with the classic setup. A solid patty, lettuce and tomato. The garlic aioli adds a fun twist but the star of the show is the grill, imparting a full flavored smokey char to the exterior of the burger. The restaurant cooks to order and executes well, I ordered mine medium and the the burger retained a good juiciness. The low light is the bun, I’m just not a fan of the sweeter brioche style.
