Midvale’s Ice Haus is a German-style bar (21+ only folks, bring your ID) that alongside a momentous array of beers offers a number of burgers for your consideration.
Burger build: 1/3lb beef patty, 1/2 brat, caramelized onions, sauerkraut, aioli, mustard, lettuce, tomato, onion.
Stuart: This is a visually fun burger, coming to the table skewered with a steak knife to keep it all together. Things quickly unwind mind you as soon you pull that sword in the stone out. The whole creation is a messy, fall apart monster, and the bun fails to manage the pile of ingredients. You’ll want to eat this one with the provided knife, and fork for sure. The burger is ho hum, cooked well on the grill. The brat adds some nice extra fattiness and the kraut and mustard bring a fun zippiness.
